Please ensure all fires are out and appliances including night storage heaters
are switched off.
Please close all the windows and lock up all doors.
Please leave the keys in the key safe outside the back door, and be sure to rotate
the dials to lock it.
BUT
If you leave between 15 October and 15 March:
Please leave the night storage heaters on with their controls set to 3 and 3 when
you leave.
Please also leave the small electric radiators and the bathroom radiator turned
on at their lowest thermostat settings (“frostguard” settings, shown by a snowflake
symbol).
