Room Heaters
St. Benedict’s is cosy and you should be comfortable and warm here.
To make your stay more comfortable, there are electric night storage heaters and radiators as well as a wood-burning stove.
Night storage heaters
(in cold weather, leave on to store heat at night for release during the day)
There are three night storage heaters. These take in heat during the night and release it during the day. They have two control dials on top; you may find 5 and 5 comfortable settings.
Electric heaters (any time of day)
There are also movable electric radiators as well as a wall radiator in the bathroom; plus a fan heater in the front room (stove lookalike, controls behind bottom flap).
