If you use any of the DRYER programmes, the door will remain locked for 20 minutes AFTER the machine beeps to signal the end of the programme.

There is nothing wrong, this is is a Bosch safety feature.

Ensure the machine is switched on and wait for the door to be released (door locked symbol goes out).

PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO FORCE THE DOOR.
